Retro Sketches #16

Today I'm doing the  Retro sketches challenge. This was a real challenge to me so many elements on there.  So I stuck to Black and white with a bit of a stripy grey paper, all paper and card stock was Kazsazz.  I  was happy with the little stampin'up bird cage, I hadn't used that one before and it stamps up lovely.  
So here is my card....

    I love it! Black and white is always so striking together. That sketch is crazy. It would have had me screaming, running for the hills. I always want to put more "stuff" on my cards (layers, die cuts, ribbons, embellishments, etc.) but I never can seem to do it. I guess it isn't me. I really like what you've done with this card and all its "stuff."

    Sandy, WOW...I REALLY love where you took this sketch. That was not an easy one to do and yours looks fantastic. The b&w are sensational. REAALLLLY cool card. :D

    Well I think you are pretty amazing to complete the sketch..I find it hard enough to do a basic one, this is a fabulous card, love the black/white combo.fabulous details, well done Sandy..

    Wonderful creation! I always find it quite fun to use lots of embellishments - Keeping to a simple color scheme is key as you must know :)
