WOYWW #191

Hi all, I am still poking around with a few valentines day cards and trying out a few different techniques with some tags.. I downloaded a wonderful owl calendar and have to cut it up and make a stand for it to go on.  You can find the link to it on the { left of my blog if you would like one they are just amazing..
So here is my desk..


We had the Australia day weekend just last weekend the 26th of January and we have a festival of sails locally, where there is lots of yachts and yacht races on Corio bay.. There is markets and lots of food stalls, such a fun day we always go for a wander around.   Thought some of you might like some sunshine as it looks so cold and snowy in a lot of your pictures.

    Hi Sandy, I've cut my owl calendar panels already but haven't done anything else with them yet....they really are super aren't they....and the tag looks interesting.

    I swear I have that exact same grosgrain ribbon pack in my stash somewhere! Love the owls too, saw them on Eels blog. Looks like a great day out, going to freeze again here overnight, wish it would just make its' mind up one way or the other!

    What gorgeous photos, Sandy. Just what we Brits need to cheer us up - a bit of sunshine! What beautiful boats too. It sounds a lovely day out. Your desk looks nice and productive - haven't had time to get my head round Valentine's yet - after last year's effort I'm going to have to pull all the stops out for my hubby this year!
