This week at the Case Study Challenge You have to case yourself. You have to choose a card that you want to revisit and case that. So I thought what fun, I so liked making that French themed card with all the blending. So thought perfect I will do another one this time with a balloon. I added some washi tape, the line of little birds such fun stuff to use. This is the first time I have used washi tape. It wont be the last, I like the effect it gives and its so simple to use. The Designer Series papers are from Kaisercraft.
So here is my card......
The card that I cased was my French themed one...
Have a great day
Sandy :)
Both are beautiful. I like the bird image stamped sideways. Adds interest.
ReplyDeleteBoth beautiful vintage delights! Love the Victorian lace and the chic French theme! Thanks for playing along with us this week at CASE Study!
ReplyDeleteI often find it hard to CASE myself without making the card look too identical. You did a great job here and your new take on yourself is fabulous. I really like that washi tape you used since it is clear. That's neat! I use washi tape on the inside of cards a lot (as an accent line down one side). I really need to get brave and put it on the front of cards!
ReplyDeleteI love both of these vintage beauties! Thanks for joining us at CASE Study this week!
ReplyDeleteThese are Fantastic Vintage cards sandy. I spotted these on MIM..Loz
ReplyDeleteI think you've made two great cards with vintage look! Your newest one - what a great use of washi tape - love the bird pattern! Gorgeous lace too! I came over from MIM.
ReplyDeleteSaw this on MIM and came for a closer look. Love both of these cards, and love that you have opted for a more masculine look this time.
