What's on Your Workdesk? Wednesday

Well how is everyone going, I have been so busy in the garden and working on putting new storage shelving in our garage that no cards have been done now for over a week.. I know its terrible isn't it !  There has been some browsing as you can see on my desk.  There are some new magazines with, don't ya love it, free stamps to use.  So can see some crafting in the next few days for me..  The card on my desk is one I made in a class not long ago, got to post to a friend for her birthday so reminding me by sitting there.
So here is my desk.....

The vegetable garden is in full swing now with more planting of corn, lettuce, zucchini and some more trellis for more snow peas, so we hopefully get some to get all the way inside.  I don't have any idea who eats them off the vines??? shhhh hehehe.
The beetroot rows I showed last week of just dirt has popped up today, so nice to see little rows of tiny plants.

I am also pleased to have a new follower Frances. So pleased you have joined as a follower and hope you enjoy popping in from time to time to have a peek what is going on.  I am a bit scarce at this time of year for making cards as spring is such a busy time in the vegetable garden for me..

So have a peek at Julia's stamping ground to see what other people are doing on there workdesk today...

Have a great day
Sandy :)

  2. I know how you feel. When we were in the middle of moving I felt like I needed to get my "Card fix"!!!
Good luck with the garden! What class did you take? The place where I was taking Copic classes is closing. Guess it's back to the internet for instuction!

  3. Oh I think we need to see that garden too! Hope your beetroot is successful - ours was poor - not enough sun I think. You can make the beetroot chutney that I posted on my blog last week. Yum! x Jo

  5. Great snoop here today, Sandy! I've read on other blogs about these "free stamps" and now, thanks to you, I can see the names of some mags that do that. I will be checking them out ... best of luck with all your vegies! How about pictures of your garden next time?

Thanks for coming by my place earlier! Have a great week! Darnell #74

  9. you really need to post some pictures of that garden so I can be totally envious of the fresh snow peas and beets instead of just half way besotted! Our garden fried in the some heat and water rationing this year. I think Oklahoma and parts of Australia are similar in heat and drought issues. I noticed we have similar tastes in magazines this month. I get cardmaker on digital and wish they would all go that direction! Have a great week. Thanks for sharing. Vickie #87

  13. Ah... new magazines with free stamps-always a good thing if you ask me. I find them inspirational, but if I were you I wouldn't look at them until I had time to sit down and play. Otherwise it is just too frustrating. The card from your friend is very pretty. I have that stamp so I know she did a lot of work to color it up so nice.
