Retro Sketches #22

This is for the sketch at Retro Sketches it has been sketched by Arielle and is sponsored this week by The Alley Way Stamps. They have such unique stamps, well worth taking a peek.  I so loved the videos too her daughter has the most delightful giggle.
You know when you just see a sketch and just go. I know what to do for that one and then it just all comes together so easy.  I know it doesn't happen very often, but I'm loving that it did today.  I had not done one of these flowers before.  I really like the look of them, so can see them appearing on my cards a bit more often.  They are so easy, just the scallop punch folded in half and then half again.  Do that 4 times and join together.  It gives a simple dimension to the flower.
I showed my daughter the card and she said that's cute mum, so got my most important approval.
So here is my card......

Have a great day
Sandy :)

  3. I love this card--fun colors and design. Wow I used to make some folded flowers like that. I totally forgot about it. I need to revisit that as they are a fun addition to any card.
