Trendy Trees

Such a great sketch again at Retro Sketches this one is from a card by Arielle. I flipped it so I could use my stampin'up trendy trees stamp set.  Its only a new set for me so it was just waiting there to get inky.  Had to use the stamp-a-ma-jig aren't they just such fun to use... (typed with sarcasm...) think I need a little more practice maybe more trendy tree cards..  Designer Paper used was Kaisercraft.

So here is my card...

Going to also enter this card at the Joyful stamper Inspire me Fridays anything goes...
Have a great day
Sandy :)

  2. We all have to start somewhere and you have done a wonderful job in creating this card I love it. Great colour choice.

The shows were great there is another soon, I think every 6 months and I believe a stamping downunder is coming to Melbourne which will be brilliant. You should save up for that one. I am happy to meet up with you any time you want.

  4. I love, love, LOVE this card! I am totally going to have to check out this set when I go to a Stampin Up party on the 17th this month!!! I love the great bold colors and the twine sets off the nature stamps so well. Awesome stuff!

And yes, what a bummer that you can't join in the A Muse challenge. I'm not in charge of it cuz if I were it would be open to all!

  7. A brilliant take on the sketch. I love Trendy Trees - just a really fun stamp set to play with - and (sorry but) I love my stamp-a-ma-jig and can't remember how I used to craft without it!

  8. Cool take on the challenge, Sandy, and awesome job flipping it!! I love the stamp-a-ma-jig. My local stamping friend and I each started using one of those a few months ago and we wonder how the heck we managed to make cards for ten years without it!! Have a great weekend!
