I chose to use the really cute Fancy fish digi image. I fussy cut it out after printing it onto one of my Gelli plate prints..  Watercoloured the bubbles around him in blue.. The background blue spots are a done with the Design cube Stampotique stamp by France Papillon. Spot blue papers are from Stampin'up.
